Come to rest in a comfortable position, let your eyes drift closed, and when you're ready, turn your attention inward.
Tonight, try not to rush your body.

Allow yourself a moment to simply be as you are, as you tune in to the natural rhythm of your breath drifting in and out tonight.

With each cycle of your breath, you are singing deeper into relaxation and granting yourself permission to find release, to find rest.
Release your hold on the muscles you don't need to be using in this moment and feel the tension ebb out of your body as you breathe in and sigh out in relief.

Breathe in and out easily and evenly.
Inhale and exhale.

On the next cycle of your breath, let a wave of deep relaxation flow through your body, finding release in each and every muscle.
Begin at the tips of your toes, feeling release in the soles of your feet and the palms of your hands.
